The Nautilus is located in Orange Beach approximately 6.6 miles from Hwy. 59 in Gulf Shores and 3.5 miles west of the Alabama/Florida state line. It is a unique, one of a kind building.
Built in 1999 there are twelve stories with one unit per floor providing total privacy and ultimate luxury. Each is approximately 3,300 square feet with four bedrooms and 4 baths. All glass, from floor to ceiling, surrounds a huge living room and master bedroom. This provides a direct Gulf view from three sides. Wrap-around balconies allow for private Gulf enjoyment from several rooms. Amenities include a heated indoor pool, spa, beach side pool with sun deck and covered parking.
