Sanibel is located approx 2 miles west of Hwy 59S, just over the bridge past 13th Street at 1520 West Beach Blvd in Gulf Shores, AL.   This complex is not direct beach front but located on the north side of the road.  The properties on the beach side of the road are all two and three story residences.  This enables the condos in Sanibel to have an  direct gulf view from all of the condos.
