Kip Carlson Kip has lived in the Troy area for nearly 29 years. He first moved here in February 1995 to continue his career in the Banking Industry. He retired from banking in 2021 after 37 years. He has extensive experience in the lending area, particularly in Mortgage and Commercial loans. Kip received his Real Estate license in 2017, working part time until he retired from banking and pursued real estate full time. He has first-hand experience in the rental property business, having owned several long-and short-term rental units. His experience in these areas gives him the ability to assist buyers and sellers with every aspect of their real estate transactions.
