To ensure the success of all Henderson County Board of REALTORS® who, in turn, are forever dedicated to advancing and protecting the rights of all citizens to widely own and use real property, provide essential resources to our members, and promote REALTORS® in the marketplace. 

Who we are

The Henderson County Board of REALTORS® is a local association of REALTORS® that was organized in 1975, by members of the county's real estate community who felt Henderson County would benefit from a collective membership of REALTORS®. HCBOR provides services and resources to over 290 members of licensed real estate salespersons, brokers, appraisers, and affiliated service providers such as mortgage companies, title, escrow, home builders, home inspectors, home warranty companies, and more. While we're sometimes confused by the general public as being a "REALTOR® office", in which real estate agents sell properties, HCBOR is best described as the place where licensed real estate professionals join as REALTORS® or subscribe to the Multiple Listing Service and receive the tools they need to become competent, ethical real estate practitioners in their respective real estate offices.

They can help you determine your buying power and have access to many resources to assist you in the buying and selling process.
