Betty Gaston, Owner/Broker, of Gaston Propenies has been in Real Estate since 1975. She is very active in all aspects of Real Estate, including the development of commercial and residential projects. In Edinburg, Texas Betty developed the oflice complex, Remington Square, at the corner of Jackson and University Drive. Betty also improved and remodeled the historic Golden Jersey Creamery Building in downtown Edinburg.

Betty is a member of the Edinburg Chamber of Commerce, National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, and The Greater McAllen Association of Realtors. For numerous years, Betty served as Treasurer for the Greater McAllen Association of Realtors, was MLS Chairperson, Chairperson of Budget Committee, a Director, and served on other various committees.

Ms. Gaston was presented the prestigious 2002 REALTOR@ of the Year Award and again in 2012 by the Greater McAllen Association of Realtors at its annual installation banquet. Also, in 2008 and 2009 she was recognized and presented the Distinguished Service Award, in recognition or the superior efforts and service in helping Greater McAllen Association of Realtors achieve its goals.

In 2014, Betty was awarded the Edinburg Chamber of Commerce Woman of the Year.

In years past, Betty trained Quarter Horses and has a great love for horses and dogs. Betty is very active in the community and stays current on all issues affecting our Rio Grande Valley.
