The vision of the Greater Idaho Falls Association of REALTORS® is to be an Association responsive to changes in the real estate industry, focusing on delivering high value services and support to the membership.

History

Our original charter was granted by the NATIONAL Board of REALTORS® in 1924. The Greater Idaho Falls Association of REALTORS® is a non-profit corporation serving the needs of its members. We are members of the Idaho Association of REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS®.

The Greater Idaho Falls Association of REALTORS® is a majority stockholder in the Snake River Regional Multiple Listing Service which provides information on thousands of properties in Eastern Idaho.

Our Association participates in numerous charitable and public service events in Eastern Idaho and provides a valuable service to our members, the local community and the general public.

The mission of the Greater Idaho Falls Association of REALTORS® is to promote and maintain high standards of conduct as expressed in the Code of Ethics in order to further the interests of real property ownership and other real estate services.
