executive Realty Center was founded in 1977 by Mary Weir. In 1982, following his retirement from Shaw, Lt. Col. Jim Weir joined his wife Mary in serving the real estate needs of the people of Sumter and Shaw. The office is a full service real estate firm, offering residential and commercial Brokerage Services as well as Property Management.
